you with a funding source for services you receive.
We currently accept Private-Pay / Fee for Service, Insurance Payments,
School Funding, Grants or Scholarships, FSPT, and other special funding
methods.
Private Pay — If
you are planning to pay for services ‘out of pocket' or are using
a corporate or school funded account, please contact us for a fee
schedule.
Insurance Payments — Some
insurance companies are willing to pay for behavior analysis services.
If you are unsure if your company covers our services or if you'd like
help trying to set up insurance payments, please contact us. Magellan
Health, United Healthcare, and United Behavioral Health are three
providers whom have coverd services for our clients
Part C Payments — Check
with us regarding payment solutions such as Part C Early Steps
Payments. For more information concerning Part C, please call or e-mail

School Funding — Does
your school district provide the appropriate therapies for your child's
educational needs? If not, Your school should pay for behavior analysis
treatment. Did you know you can transfer your public school funding to
a private school like 1st Choice Academy through McKay scholarship? You

Alternative Sources of Funding —
If you have a grant, scholarship, or other payment method that you
would like to use to cover services, we are more than willing to work
with you.
